And living in Luperon is nice as well. The Town of Luperon is still small enough to be quaint but large enough to supply what you need on a daily basis. Hardware stores and grocery stores are numerous as well as drug stores. Other parts of the Dominican Republic have been promoted to the point where prices are beyond the reach of normal people. One tremendous and brand new development here in Luperon is called the Luperon Hills Gated Community and the developer has promised to build affordable homes in an absolutely incredible setting. Quiet and surrounded by lush green hills and sporting a community center and swimming pool for the residents of the community. Construction has already commenced on this one hundred and fifty acre development. Lots of other opportunities abound here as well for all of you entrepreneur types of people! Ocean front properties and ocean view tracts of land are here and ready for some developer's imagination. If you have the vision, the spirit and money then this might just be for you!
